In Swineworks we understand every system is different and have different staffing needs. For that reason, we offer Swineworks own contracted employees in three different formats:

  1. Long-term staffing: This model takes a proactive look at the company’s needs and growth plan, for instance, if a company plans hire permanent workers,  set up a new farm or there are employees who are retiring,  will be taking maternity leave or will be promoted and you would like to have a longer term employee.
  2. Contract employment/Short-term hire: This model focusses on the immediate needs of the company. In this case, the project is short-lived, and it needs contract employees for a short period of time for example, breeding projects, sudden short staff situation, depopulations, etc.
  3. Temp-to-hire: In this model, the company takes the temp on a trial basis. If they meet the performance criteria, then the worker shifts from Swinework’s payroll to your company to become a permanent employee.
  4. Work Visa: There are several types of work visas available to foreign nationals who want to work in the United States, including permanent work visas (green cards), temporary work visas (TN), seasonal work visas (H2A), and exchange worker visas (J1).
